Trying…
Last night I had some wine. Hubby wanted to have some wine, which lead to me caving in and having some as well. I had about 2 glasses, which weakened my no-evening-snacking resolve, and I had a half slice of left over pizza. Not terrible, but not great either.
Today was much better. Egg sandwich for breakfast, cappuccino and banana mid morning, salad for lunch, kashi bar in afternoon. Left work around 4:15, so I could buy cat food. Got home and went for about an hour walk/run, although some of that time was spent getting more salad ingredients at the grocery store. Dinner was some leftover chicken parmesan and broccoli. Did not snack after dinner, although I really wanted to.
