Fourth day in a row that I have made fresh, yummy salad for hubby and me. Great lunch and still not sick of it. Managed about a 15 min walk/run this morning – felt good.

Either Monday or Tuesday I had a sm bag of pretzels as well as my kashi bar. Fat free but still 220 calories – scary. Oh, now I remember, Monday I had pretzels, Tuesday I had wheat thins (worse yet). Yikes. I hate when I get snacky in the afternoons.

I want to run a 5k on Thanksgiving. I should look for one Found one. But I don’t know if I will really have the time between now and then to train – the extra work is really going to keep me busy.

Had planned to go to gym after work so I could fit in a strength routine, but on the way home realized that the house really needed cleaning, and that become more urgent as hubby informed me someone would be stopping by. Not a huge deal – housecleaning is a good calorie burner.
