Ingredients
1/3 cup fat free Greek yogurt
1/3 cup canned pumpkin
½ scoop vanilla or cinnamon protein powder
1 ½ tsp honey
1 tsp pumpkin pie spices
Mix all together in a bowl and enjoy! Good at room temperature or slightly heated.
