Get Up and Go Workout
This workout is great for those busy days when you just can’t get to the gym, or you are stuck in a hotel without access to equipment. Its also great to do when you get home from work right before making dinner.
10-15 pushups (modify if necessary)
15 squats
12 lunges (per leg)
20 crunches
30 jumping jacks
Repeat routine 3 times with as little rest as possible.
