2 Week Challenge – Day 12

8:28am: Cardio Trainer puked out on me this morning. Partially my fault – I was trying to run Google tracks at the same time- it was taking over the GPS. Oh well, I did the same route as yesterday so I will use that for my stats.
Possible reasons for sour stomach/heart burn yesterday: alcohol, Advil, turmeric pill, Maca powder.
1:52pm: Was invited by co-workers to go to Indian Palace for lunch – they have a yummy lunch buffet and amazing Milk Balls. But I was good and stuck to my plan – went to they gym and did 9 min walk/run warm-up then 20 minute yoga, today’s was Yoga for Runners. I really like that series, its challenging, and hits all the right places. The only thing I add is half pigeon at the end – my glutes always need that.
