2 Week wrap up
Well, the 2 weeks is over, 10 pounds were not lost, lol. But it doesn’t end here – with hubby on board with the diet we are continuing on. This morning had a good run outside with the dog: 3.32 miles, almost 33 minutes, 346 calories. Right now I am having a difficult time concentrating because of lack of food, although I indulged in a “brownie bite” that was in the break room this morning (it was yum yum) and 8 almonds. Its almost noon – going to head to the gym for some yoga.
