Bad Mood/Perfect Snack
Terrible mood today – hubby and I are trying to plan a vacation to Italy and the flight just aren’t working out. Ugh, I just wish we had started to plan this earlier, and read all the small print. And dieting is making us both grumpy.
Had to do youga at lunch – it helped. Did Hot Power Fusion #1, not really my style. But, maybe it was good for me to get outside my yoga-comfort-zone.
This afternoon I had the perfect snack – a left-over protein pancake with half a wdge of Laughing cow cheese and a tiny bit of home-made raspberry jam. I usually have my left-over protein pancakes with peanut butter and a bit of Mom’s homemade apple butter, but thought I would try something different today – glad it did – it was a bit like a tasty cheesecake treat!
