Weekend summary: had a special 2 day assembly this weekend, so that occupied most of the weekend. Woke early both Sat and sun to run with the dog. Egg-whites and veggies for breakfast, chicken curry salad for lunch. Saturday night I made tilapia baked in packets – turned out really good. Sunday we had a bit of a treat after the assembly – went to Stellas for oysters and lobster, and it was happy hour – so I had 2 for 1 glasses of white wine (2 glasses total). Wow the wine really hit me, and it was a nice treat. Worked out Saturday night, but not Sunday – crashed early after watching the Vikings loose.
