9:30am – Stuck at 133.0 again today. But, I am wearing my size 6 jeans – they are a bit snug, but that is probably good – will help remind me to keep on track throughout the day.

Decided to mix-up the workout this morning – did 10 minutes/1.5 miles on the elliptical (listened to music on my HTC Hero – love it!) and then did Workout 1 of the 30-Day shred. I am amazed at how much it makes me sweat, and it hits the muscles different than when I lift, which is great.

11:52am – Argh – the co-workers are going the Indian buffet, and are trying to get me to go! But I will be strong, and eat the lunch I brought (which also happens to be Indian – my very own homemade Wild Rice Curry Turkey Meatballs) as planned. And they were pretty understanding, actual Skype conversation (names changed to protect the innocent):

John: Indian Palace!
Abby: lol
Abby: I can’t...
John: BOO!
Abby: dieting
Abby: yeah
John: so am I
Abby: ha
John: Indian food is good for diets because it is mostly rice
John: or something
Abby: yeah
Abby: my diet is really strict
Abby: :(
John: ;(
John: I’m going to have Peter peer pressure you into comming.
Abby: I am going to Cancun in a week
John: OH!
Abby: but, once I get back I will be all over those milk balls!
John: sounds like a good plan
Abby: so thats why so strict – just for a short time
