Another Late Night
11:30am – Another late night working – it is starting to affect my sleep schdele. Managed to get up at 8:30 this morning, got in a pretty good workout: 3.5 miles on elliptical and treadmill. Yummy egg-white scramble for breakfast, got to work at almost 11, but hey, I was up until 1am working.
2:23pm – Did a new 20-minute yoga workout at lunch – Yoga with Weights. I have done yoga scuplt in the past, so the concept of yoga + weights was not new to me. The 20 minute session goes by rather quick. It is a nice basic flow, I really enjoyed it. This is another of yogadownload.com‘s workouts that I may buy a longer version of.
I was happy to find the gym back to normal attendance - lunch time usually draws 6-8 people. During the “January Resolution Rush” there would be a dozen or more people crowding my gym, lol. After the yoga I was putting my weights away in the weight room – decided to do chin-ups – got 3 good ones in! Thought I would try a 4th, but just couldn’t do it. Still, pretty proud of myself.
