I overslept today – woke up at 8:40am. Don’t know if my alarm failed or I killed it in my sleep. And I slept heavy, never woke up during the night. Guess I needed to catch up on sleep after the fun/busy 4 days in Las Vegas. We had a great time, and I think I didn’t blow my diet too bad....

Flying to Las Vegas tonight, first-class, for a long weekend. Saturday is our Anniversary (yay, us!). Today has been busy – quick yoga/stretching in the morning, egg-whites scrambled with a ton of veggies (using up stuff in the fridge) and 2 of the best dried apricots I have ever had...

Got in some cardio this morning: did 3.3miles on the elliptical, about 300 calories. Ate some more of the terrible protien muffins for breakfast. Did Lunchtime Yoga over noon hour, that was nice. 3pm got outside for a walk with the dog . Tonight I am getting a facial - a giant zip showed up on...
