Afternoon workout
It is 10:20am and I am already eating my morning snack of almonds and dried cranberries. I wanted to eat it an hour ago so really that isn’t bad. Got up at 6:30am, after the usual routine of feeding the cats and weighing myself (138.0) I did some yoga – today’s class was Hip Opening Flow #1, but I didn’t really feel it was much of a flow, so this one is going in the “don’t like” folder. Should have stuck with the Yoga for Runners class that I did Monday morning. Still, I had a great run again today – according to Cardio Trainer I ran slightly farther and slightly faster than Monday – that is great!
I am planning on strength training at lunch today – don’t have my exact plan worked out, but I am looking forward to it. Work is a little boring right now, having a hard time focusing. Actually, I think I might mix things up today – run errands and walk the dog over the noon hour and go to work-out mid afternoon.
3:41pm Just returned from gym. Did a really quick workout, but it was fun:

Knee to chest
Glute Activation (bridges)
Workout
(do complete circuit without resting, then rest for 1 minute. Or do some light cardio, i.e, jumping jacks. Complete two to four total circuits.)
Goblet Squat
Pushup
Reverse Lunge (with weights)
Plank
Three-Point Row
I managed to do 2 circuits in about 20 minutes, and I did some extra jumping jacks and side-planks with shoulder raises.
