Sunny Sunday
Suddenly feeling very positive about losing weight this week. Woke up at 9:15am, which was really 8:15am (spring ahread time hange) and remembered the Kombuah project I had left out on the ounterr the night before. Finished that up, then did some stretching, not a full 20 minute session – I knew I wanted to do a long run so I had to get out the door. Weather is finally nice – the sun is out!
As I was running decided I need to burn 500 calories, and all week I would do that – 500 in the morning and 500 at night, and eat as low as possible. Lift Monday, Wednesday and Friday. That is the plan, I know it is extreme, but is is just for a week (actually 6 days) and I think I an do it. Dinner will be salads, lunches leftovers. Today will clean out fridge, shop and make food. Yay!
