Day 2

Yay Monday (that was a rather sarcastic “yay”). Got up at 6:30am this morning to run – forgot about the time change, it was pitch black, lol. Did some stretching and usual morning routine stuff, got out the door at 7am for the run, it had gotten much lighter. But Cardio Trainer failed me again, so I ran without the mechanical voice cheering me along – did my usual “long loop 3.5 miles, about 350 calories. So I fell short of my 500 calorie goal, but I am planning on working out over the noon hour.

Breakfast was egg-white scramble: egg whites, 1 egg and veggies. I cooked up a bunch of veggies to use all week, added turmeric to them because it so healthy, it totally stained my nails. Oh well, was planning on a manicure tonight anyway. Better go call and make an appointment…
