Monday
No workout this morning – just stretching. Stayed up late last night. Scale read 140.4lbs this morning, ugh. Oh well, after a weekend like I just had I can’t expect better.
1:46pm – Just had a tasty lunch – Thai chicken, veggies and cabbage, followed by half an apple and a very small piece of a very, very tasty brownie that a co-worker brought in. Mmm, I want more brownie, but I am plenty full and truly to not need it. Willpower!
