I haven’t been posted as much lately – feeling rather blah. No particular reason, just blah. Anyway, had a good weekend, although it was not good from diet standpoint. Saturday night we were invited to a friend’s home for a barbeque, and of course there was tons of good food (and wine)....

What a day! Started off not too bad: up at 7, did a bit of stretching, weighed 137.0lbs. had a nice breakfast of 1 egg scrambled with egg whites, spinach, onion and mushroom. Cooked down some ham stock I had simmering overnight in the crockpt, started some “baked” beans in another crock...

Happy sunny Friday! This morning’s yoga was Yoga for Weight Loss #2. It was OK, it had a rather quick flow right at the beginning, and I think I should have done something a little slower. My hips and lower back need more stretching, maybe at lunch. Had a pretty good workout over noon hour...
Sore

I think I am a little sore from yesterday’s workout – my mid-back specifically. I increased weight on my rows, I think that did it. Did not do any stretching this morning, but did 30 minute Detox yoga over noon hour. It was ok; a bit slow, but the balancing postures really did challenge...
