Overslept again
Today got up about 8:20am. I think my alarm isn’t working; I was awoken by a text reminder from my google calendar to set out donations for pickup. So I jumped out of bed and ran around like crazy getting them ready (I was up late last night with work and food prep, just too tired to do it then). Perfect weather again, opened the window to let in some fresh air while I did Yoga for Runners (the first half of it – time was really running short)
2:08pm Its that lull time of day, sigh. The weather is so nice, wish I was outside. Oh well, will walk the dog soon. There is a company sponsored happy hour after work today, sadly I have meeting (special week) so I can’t go. Or I will go and get a (non-alcoholic) iced tea. Bummer. Oh well, there will be next month I guess.
Did my strength training workout over noon hour – tried the pull throughs and Pallof Presses. The pull-throughs are hard to get the hang of (and you feel weird doing them), I think I may have hurt my back a little. The Presses were good, only did one set, will see if I feel it. Other than those I did the usual: warm-up, squat presses, pushups, 3 good pull ups, dead-lifts, some cable work, side planks with shoulder raises, tricep pushdowns, and rows.
