In pain

I tried to go for a run today but my left leg hurt so bad I barely jogged/walked a mile. The pain has moved up my leg, no longer just the calf. I am going to see the chiropractor later today, hope that will help. Weight this morning: 137.2lbs. Breakfast: 2 eggs over easy with ham and toast; half a banana with a little plain yogurt, goji berries, walnuts and shredded coconut – it was quite tasty.

1:52 Leftovers for lunch: lentils with Chorizo, a little cottage cheese and green beans. Love my left-over lunches. Spent noon hour running errands, although most of the time was spent at Rainbow – I wanted to take advantage of a good deal they had on Diet Coke (for hubby, I wont touch the stuff)  and I guess everyone else in the entire Metro wanted to shop as well, check-out took about 15 minutes. Oh well, gave me a chance to catch up on celebrity gossip, lol.
