Bad Weekend

I am not going to go into any details, but it was a bad weekend for me, too much alcohol, food, not enough productivity. The weather was nice, and I did get a couple nice walks in, but that was about all. And it really showed on the scale this morning: 140.0lbs. Yikes. And my leg hurts way too...
