Sleepy

Attempted to get to bed early last night and up early this morning, managed to get to sleep sometime after 11pm, and up at 6:40am. Did a 30 minute yoga class today (although I stopped a few minutes short), the Hip Opening Flow. It was good, I would do it again, I liked that it includes dancer pose, I don’t often get to do that one. Scale said 138lbs this morning.

I have been trying to get myself organized, both at home and at work. I have an idea that might work, it just seems there is always so much to do, I get overwhelmed and stressed and that isn’t good for me.

2:04pm Hit the gym over noon hour: Did Yoga for Strength and some body weight exercises: pull-ups, push-ups, squat and press, deadlifts and a few other pulling/pushing on cable crossover. The yoga class seemed like it is for beginners, it was rather slow. But it would be good to throw in the mix every so often – get back to the basics.
