Managed to get up today before 7am, weighed in at 137.6lbs, not too bad. Went out after meeting last night for wings, had 2 vodka sodas. The wings were yummy, but really didn’t need to eat that late. Did Power Vinyasa #1 this morning – I always like the Power Vinyasa flows. There are 5 of Power Vinyasa classes, I want to do them all in order, trying to decided which ones, if any, I should order longer versions of (and wondering if I really have time to do longer versions than 20 minutes).
