Yay for Friday! It has been a rather uneventful week; maybe that is why it seemed so long. Last night I crashed early, was feeling weird. Opened a bottle of wine but it wasn’t feeling right, only had a glass, maybe less. Tried to play a game of pool with hubby, but I was just feeling out-of-sorts. Might have been due to an intense chiropractic adjustment earlier in the day. Fell asleep watching Fringe.
Woke up about 6:50am, did Power Vinyasa Flow #2 – lots of Utkatasana, would have liked a 2nd Warrior series. I should look into the 30 minute version. Scale said 137.4lbs. Had protein pancakes for breakfast (2nd day) so yummy.
Went to gym over noon hour, did Yoga for Buns (that one really kicks butt, lol, seriously, love it) and a bunch of upper body strength training. I was having a difficult time getting into lifting, fortunately no one else in the weight room and I eventually got into a groove and had a great workout. Lunch all week has been Indian leftovers – Dal and Squash and sausage curry.
