Motivation Monday

Today was one of those days when I really didn’t want to go workout over the noon hour, but just got in my car and did it – ended up feeling good and having a great workout. Love that post-workout glow, :) .

I am going to try to avoid dairy for a few days to see if it helps my digestion. I don’t know how I am going to do it, dairy is such a mainstay of my diet, and I love, love cheese. But if I feel better after avoiding it for a week or so I will probably try slowing adding some cheese or yogurt back in.

Woke up at about 6:20am and wondered if I had set my alarm – checked, I had not. So I set the alarm for 6:45am and tried to snooze a bit more, but got up at 6:30, amazed that I had woken that early without the aid of the alarm clock. Weighed in at 137.0lbs. Did morning routine, then yoga: Power Vinyasa #4 (did #3 on Saturday – instructor is Jackie, enjoyed it very much). I like #4, it is the one I did for the first time in Cancun on the roof of the hotel, so it brought me back there. And it had a neat Warrior flow where you switch directions, I like that.
