Sprinting

Ran sprints this morning – 8 sprints of about 12-15 seconds. 5 were up a small hill. I did the a similar sprinting workout Sunday morning when down in Rochester at my mom’s house. Both time started with about half mile jog to a school (its funny we both live on streets with elementary schools about half a mile away), sprinted to a count of 15, then walked back, repeating 8 times. Used playground equipment to do a set of pushups and body weight rows, then jog back. I dont know if I am running hard enough or whatever, but I felt it along the side of my rib cage on Monday and Tuesday.
